Hello Rachel, Reguardless of what method You use to quit, You need an outlet for that energy that is coming Your way, I recommend geting into a good excercise program, to replace the habit of smoking, either a threadmill, or just walking down the road for 2 miles every day, and also just eating healthy foods,
Also, stay very close to this website over the next few months, there is nothing like the people and friends on this website supporting You, For it was my big motivation to quit, there will be People around this world of Ours, Saying to You,!!
