FAILED THE FIRST SHOULD I TRY AGAIN; HELP

18 years ago 0 682 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Paul....how many more yesses do you need???? I will send you all I can! What exactly made you give in to your desire to smoke? You need coping skills (learned and practised) to help you through...don't just give in. Giving in just makes you feel like crap, right? Try something new! Make a list of things you can do and things you can think about instead of smoking...make that list RIGHT NOW! Good luck! Reach out for help..I did! Paul, there are no rules but here's one thing I have learned. Everytime I tried to quit before, once I relapsed, I just gave up. Now I know that the secret is to NEVER GIVE UP. Get rid of those cigarettes, ashtrays and lighters. Just start again right where you stand. As long as you don't light another cigarette, you are quit.
