Better you burned the rice than a smoke! Come join the party for Windy in the general forum. It's a pajama party. Sounds like you could use a pick-me-up and we will have lot's of fun! (Pick-me-up as in good cheer, Phil----not a cheap date! Heeheehee.) Mercy, So glad you're feeling better and were able to find some strength on our boards today. Be kind to yourself until this rough patch passes. Some physical activity may help relieve some of your anxiety as well. Keep persevering! Danielle ______________________ The SSC Support Team

Mercy, breaths are good and breathing is good. YOU take control of your breathing. Each inhale is good stuff coming in, each exhale is bad stuff going out. Picture a big jar or other container and SEE that dark stuff going into it. Try breathing through your nose. Don't lift your shoulders when you breathe. Just focus on light filling you as you breathe in. Everything is okay, Mercy. You are nearly at seven weeks. YOU have done this! Wrap your arms around yourself and give you a big hug. Then go find yourself a treat of some kind because you deserve it!
