Changing,
The cravings havent been bad since week one and I wanted to see if this was the medication or motivation. I keep a positive attitude and I know I will not back slide. From what I can understand, Chantix helps reduce the cravings/addictions has you body goes through withdraws. I dont feel I had withdraws from nicotine since about day 6-7, now its just craving, which is more habit for me. I believe weather its a patch, gum or pill, there will be some withdraw from the method itself and I feel Im ready to face this now and get this all behind me. Everyone will be different and the worst I foresee now is an edgy attitude for a short period. The family and employees have all been warned, but so far on day four without medication, no one has lost their life. Just kidding. But it hasnt been bad.
The only one that has been in danger of an explosion of bad emotions was the kid in the drive-through window at KFC last night. I dont have much patience with ignorance, so my feeling would have been the same even when I smoked. To my surprise and his good fortune, I was able to drive away.
