Congratulations on quitting. Low energy in the first week is really common so be really gentle on yourself - you are doing something really important so cut yourself lots of slack in all areas - except the crucial one of course.
The support here is brilliant - it made a great difference to me. That along with your dogged determination will be your path to success.
