Hi all I have BC/BS they actualy paid for mine I had to pay my co-pay which was around $19. I think if you decide to slip & smoke you will probably go through some type of nicotine withdrawals again but the Chantix is blocking the pleasure zone in your brain so you won't enjoy it and it will taste nasty!! That's how I'm understanding it I may be way off here!! ;p LOL My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/3/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 13 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 207 Amount Saved: $39 Life Gained: Days: 1 Hrs: 8 Mins: 15 Seconds: 49

BTW Those who have no insurance or are unable to afford Chantix, check out their site. There are assistance programs as well. mrmagic and Tobacco Country---WELCOME!!! I am from Tennessee as well. There is no magic pill, but Chantix is about as close as it gets! I am a Chantix quitter. On day 8 make a vow to quit and stick with it. If you DO happen to slip, keep with the program and jump back on the wagon. The Chantix check-in site isn't much...I think it is Phizer's way of keeping tabs on quitters vs not-quitters, but check in anyway. Every little bit helps! Glad you have joined us!
