The French have just announced that they intend to ban smoking in public buildings and restaurants starting in January....Yipee!!!They say there will be no exceptions...BUT...being French...it is thought that discos,rural bar/tabacs and maybe casinos will be exempt for aanother 2 years. C'est la Vie! At least normal everyday life will be more smoke-free.
