Encouragement for brand new quiters

Great Job Anna, I know what you mean about two weeks ago I would have smoked a butt myself. But not today or ever again. We are kicking butt and taking names. I believe you were suppose to see those old butts and put them in their place once and for all. Just goes to show that with each day it seems a little easier and sweeter as the time goes by. Feels great to be free doesn't it Anna? Congratulations! Hang on to the freedom and to moments like this when things get tough. Being quit just gets better and better as time goes on.
