Jan, just remember that this is HER quit, yours is yours. Don't confuse the two. She'll have to work it through her way. Let her know that there are lots of support sites, so if she isn't comfortable being in her mom's group, perhaps there's another one she would like. Let her know that we've learned how important support groups are. Then let it be. Focus on you and your own quit.
