Hey Rob glad to see you around. Hope you are better and that all is on the mend Really grateful to see you smoke free. Keep up the awesome work. I know it is always a challenge. Life however for me without the smokes is turning out to be pretty amazing. hellelua ! Dispite the health issues associated with smoking, knowledge of nicotine addiction & dependancy, the $$$, My quit involving weeks of withdrawl, months of being an a-hole & emotional turmoil plus government & anti-smoking cigarette palava. I'm still a nicotine addict... being an addict suks the big kumara ! The reason i'm still quit.. sheer determination & a hell of alot of anger directed at my addiction... i'm gonna stay beat of this sucka if it's the last thing i do ! Respect ! You said a mouth full Rob. I think about it quite often myself (not as much as I use to, but enough). I choose not to act on those thoughts. Why? Because I can't think of a good enough reason to be a slave to those nasty cigarettes again. I hate the way they controlled my life for 23 years. Could I light one right now? Yep. Will I? N.O.P.E. Good to see you!
