Stopping Wellbutrin

17 years ago 0 1262 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Well Ter724 this might be an individual thing. I am almost at 1 year and I am still on Wellbutrin. I actually realized (with my doctor) that smoking masked depression that I always had. So I am still on Wellbutrin and problably stay on it for a lil while longer. Not for quitting smoking but for depression. I am not a doctor. :p My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/30/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 341 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 5,127 Amount Saved: $1023 Life Gained: Days: 38 Hrs: 10 Mins: 11 Seconds: 27

I used Wellbutrin XL the first month of my quit, but stopped it after I had a weird "reality perception" incident. I haven't had to deal with depression like a lot of people do, so it was easy for me to leave it behind. I had difficulty sleeping, too, but not until I quit, so I think that was more nicotine deprivation than the drug. Keep up the great quits, everyone. :) Shevie My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/23/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 594 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 11,883 Amount Saved: $2257.2 Life Gained: Days: 110 Hrs: 9 Mins: 3 Seconds: 43
