Chicky, you have me concerned. Are you doing this cold turky? If you are, I think it is time to go see your doc and ask for some help. Then you should go for a NRT (nicotine replacement therapy)at the same time. If you do the patches, follow the prescription perfectly!! This may also be the time to speak your pastor or someone simular. Mind you, I am not a health professional but I do recognize signs of someone who is in distress. I know because I have been there. Sending you warm sunshine and gentle breezes!! Good to hear that Chicky! Keep up that fight!I tell you something that has helped me out. I have a drawer full of those Dum Dum lollipops. It takes exactly 3 minutes to lick thru one. If I feel a crave, I grab one. Once the lolly is gone, so is my crave or urge =)My hubby gave up Skoal and he has been 4 days without chew. He is on the gum NRT part tho. Let us know how you are doing, Chicky. I know what you mean about the junkie thing...in essence, we ARE junkies! Our drug of choice is legal...dammit! Hope you are feeling better. Chicky, Go and sleep! Nothing wrong with this and your body may need some extra sleep. Your body is detoxing and healing itself so take some time to relax yourself and ease into sleep. Start the day fresh and let us help :) Keep Strong, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
