"does taking a drag...count as relapsing??"
It's a puff away from a pack a day. Or in your case, two packs.
;)
42 cigs not smoked is fantastic!! Don't give in to the Nicodemon. This will be the first of many rationalizations for smoking ol' Nic will throw your way. Nic lies. All the time. Kick his butt, don't smoke one. The cravings WILL diminish. Honest.

A drag will put you back at square one. You're having withdrawals... Do you also have a plan to deal with them? That's a MUST! All the things all4me has suggested are excellen ... search for other things that will work for you too. Remember, before any of these will work... "Commit"
"Whatever it takes, just don't smoke".
You came here first...Good thinkin' :)

Just a drag will lead to a full couple of drags. If you allow this, you will sacrifice your quit. Hold on and get rid of that nicodemeon! Use those coping mechanisms to help you push forward and post often. The members can really help :)
Keep Strong,
Josie
