Hi Jim, Doesn't it feel great to be in control of your own life again !! That first 24 hours is such a milestone and you can feel justifiably proud of your efforts ! All the best for day 2. I'm counting hours too. I'm at 54. One hour at a time. Five minutes at a time. Whatever it takes. Just don't smoke. You made it through day 1. On to Day 2. Jim, over on the left you'll see "Quit Program Tools." Be sure to look at the Quit Program Workbook...lots of good reading and thinking materials. You are doing great...I remember when 20 hours was a huge success, but by now you have completed Day 1! Time for a reward!!! How about a great cup of tea or some chocolate pie...at the very least wrap your arms around yourself and give YOU a great big hug! Jaset, Awesome! By going through the program you will find tips and tools to help you every step of the way. The best support is what the members can give. Got a question, they have the answer! Wasn't that guy dead on the train? Wonder why? Excuse me aren't your 15 minutes up? CONGRATUALTIONS YOU MADE IT THROUGH DAY ONE! Keep Strong, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.

Jim, Your doing it and you can make it! Take the time to relax yourself and start each day fresh. Reach for gum, water or candy to help change the habitual :) Keep Strong, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
