you are too long clean from nrt to go back....stick with your quit. It's normal to go through these periods and wonder what the hell is happening! You are battling the demon...that's what! and he is tricky and full of it. The junky within you realizes that you mean business and he is putting forth effort to tear down your commitment. You gotta hang tough and learn to get away from him....work with ways to distract yourself and do not under ANY circumstances sit around and turn your thinking process over to that junky!! Feeling down right nasty is also part of it....just find ways to say I'm sorry and then depart the situations that are frustrating you. Family and loved ones can be told and they may roll their eyes, but so what...this will pass and you will return to normal. this is all about YOU right now....don't let others worry you too much. and don't forget REWARDS!! When the going gets tough....a quitter comes up with a reward! So be GOOD to yourself....take time for YOU. take time to be PROUD of where you are.....don't look back....there is nothing back there.....the freedom is up ahead.....you will get there....hang on to your quit....it's the best thing you will EVER do for yourself!!
