Thanks for asking! Our site is able to provide support and knowledge as well as the SSC IM Messenger as another area of support for all members.
Unfortunately, we are unable to control the access,programs and personal computers of all members. The site and its User Agreement provide an anonymous site for all our members, therefore, personal information in not valid within the site and can only be shared through the SSC IM Messenger. Our site is always here for assistance :)

We value each and every member and we do not delete members if they slip, we encourage them to persevere and push forward.
