Dunedad, You've gotten some great advice from your fellow quitters. Generally, we would also recommend that you complete the patch program in its entirety. I know you're anxious to be nicotine free but it's also important to be prepared for that last step down. It also gives you a little more time to practice overcoming cravings. Slow and steady wins the race :) Danielle _____________________ The SSC Support Team

Hey there Kevin - I am glad you're just a little crabby! It beats smoking. Can't speak to anything involving the patch, but you will know what the right thing to do is. Keep focused on how YOU feel and don't worry about anyone else, not even if you're sniping at them ! :eg: They want the healthy, wonderful (albeit a little edgy) smoke-free YOU! You're doing great, have I told ya lately??? HI Kevin, No rights and no wrongs...as long as it works for you then its all good. wow that seems so simple !! and maybe it really is. Maybe we just think too much about our quit ? Either way Hang in there, most important thing is staying quit.
