Hey Jim,
I remember those early days when I felt like that. Not knowing the time of day and head spinning - sometimes it almost felt GOOD!
... and by the way your lungs will mend themselves. And your skin improves within DAYS. Yes, you do not need to live the rest of your life with grey-tinged skin. And it is not compulsory for your clothes and breath to smell any longer. And you will feel much fitter - you don't have to have a permanent cough - you also don't have to spend your last days in hospital with a smoking-related respiratory disease. As an ex-slave, you won't have to desperately seek out the last back alley in town to light up a Cancer Stick. And you will have much more MONEY. And if you do have kids, parents, or family of any sort, they'll be overjoyed that you have quit. And you'll start enjoying REAL LIFE just like all those never-smokers.
Soon you'll be able to put your second foot on the floor, I'm sure of that. Then you'll be walking in no time!
take care
Mr Ed :)

Congratulations Jim!!!!!!!!! If you've lost track of your days - you must be doing fine - or maybe it's that lack of concentration that sometimes hits us when we quit smoking. Whatever it is, if you get your "quit meter" going you'll always know when to give yourself a reward - and that's important.
Wishing you a wonderful smoke-free week. Love, Nan
