Stay focuse on your quit. You have worked hard to get those days. Yes it will be nice to see your friend. Enjoy your time with her. Let her know you have quit. If you are still uncofortable when you are with her, tell her. Friends will help friends. I bet anything she would hate it if she knew. What a wonderful example you will be for her. Have a great time wiht her.

Hi Terri, my quit buddy !! Pleased to hear that it went well tonight and that you remained strong in your resolve. Seems you may have even helped a friend to make the decision to quit. Must admit I was worried when I read this thread, I really don't want to lose you. That one day that you are ahead of me is such inspiration for me. I see your stats and think yeah just one more day and I can be like Terri. Stay strong buddy. ter, Lots of great advice given! Take what you need to help you cope and enjoy your friend's company. You have a lot to talk about and you will be fine! If she is your friend, then she will accept you for who you are :) ( The new healthier you!) Keep Strong, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
