Hello Avallymom, I Congraulate You Susan for those 800 days, for that is Magnificient to say the least, I'm so happy for You that have succeeded in Your goal, Yes Friend, I believe that I said the same thing looking back on My quit, For it did seem quite easy for me also, But We all know that it wasn't, It was like sitting the straddle of board fence those first 2 or 3 months, and falling asleep, and You didn't know which way You were gonna fall, But the longer You went, the better it got, and the better You were feeling inside about Yourself, I have this good feeling about myself today in my new lifestyle of living, and I just love it, Wouldn't want to trade this feeling that I have in my heart today for anything in this world, Hope You All get the feeling that I have, For its like being Reborn again, Good Luck in Your journey Susan, Wish You all the best, Smokless In Oklahoma :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/10/2003 Smoke-Free Days: 1397 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 41,918 Amount Saved: $5979.16 Life Gained: Days: 317 Hrs: 17 Mins: 41 Seconds: 20

Just wanted to brag a little - haven't had a smoke since '04....it is now '07......that must mean I have been quit for 3 years!!!!! Not quite but boasting a nice, round 800 days. More than 20,000 not smoked. Regrets? Only that I never realized how insignificant the quitting period would become in my memory - seems like quitting was easy looking back. Newbies remember that although it seem insurmountable at times, you will someday look back and have a hard time remembering the difficulties. The only thing you need do is NOT have that next smoke and you will succeed. Cheers. :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 10/24/2004 Smoke-Free Days: 800 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 20,014 Amount Saved: $8200 Life Gained: Days: 77 Hrs: 21 Mins: 25 Seconds: 25

Hi Susan, Congratulations on 800 days! I must agree that it is hard to remember the difficulties of quitting - were there any? I sure as hell can't remember them! My regrets? That I didn't quit sooner - tell me I can't do something and I'll show you how I can - but you know that already!!!! Keep on Keeping On!!! All The Best! Penitent d961
