Well, just re-read my post from 2/7/07 and am completely depressed and sad. Said that I was going to start doing this and doing that, I have been trying really hard to increase water intake and watch sweets. But for some stupid reason I have continued to gain weight, how in the HELL is this happening??? I am so frustrated that I can't even button my jeans on the weekend to go out with hubby. I wear scrubs (uniforms) at work during the week with stretchy elastic waistbands so a few lbs dosen't show, but the jeans not buttoning on the weekend is a problem. To date I have gained around 14 pounds total. My friends at work all say I don't see where it is, but I see it every morning and night as I stand looking in the mirror. When I stepped up on that scale this morning and it weighed me at 150 I burst out in tears.
Please tell me this will stop, soon!
