Take into consideration what you have eaten for the day. Keep your portions low and yes ask for it to go. You can freeze entr�es and sweets for later and use them for special treats or as rewards.
Communicate and possibly share. You are quitting and you do not want to substitute with food, can you take a rain check?
This can be difficult as you do not want to hurt feelings, but please keep strong in your resolve and continue on with your journey.
