Holy cow, today is January 19th! Two years ago today I quit smoking. Yay me! I guess this thing really is do-able. At the beginning, each moment is a step (some rougher than others). Gradually those steps turn into hours, and then those become days, weeks, months, etc. I remember my first day. I was so concerned with driving home from work. How was I ever going to make it? I did make it. Two years and going strong. All of you new quitters can make it too. Take each step as it comes, and each step makes you stronger. And to think, I almost missed my own anniversary! :p Jags My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/19/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 730 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 14,611 Amount Saved: $2241.1 Life Gained: Days: 104 Hrs: 16 Mins: 12 Seconds: 4
