Thanks so much everyone. I haven't been smoke free for over a month in a very long time. It definitely feels great. And its come at a good time for me too, because these past few days have definitely been a struggle. One day at a time...and I know I'll make this time!!!! I can't remember the last time I was smoke free for a whole month, and even with all the ups and downs it contains, this is a great feeling. I am sooo looking forward to another month smoke free. Actually, I'm soooo looking forward to another day smoke free!!!
