I know Phil when... This will be my hardest time yet. I guess it is just my turn. Things have gone well so far. Not easy, but not extremaly hard either. Maybe it does have something to do with that 100 day mark. I don't know. The smell in my house is dreadful. All I am doing is thinking of smoking. Got to stop. Maybe if I kill the stinch I can kill the crave. Although Lysol only kill 99.99% of the germs. Maybe I can clorax the crave.... :p Grace

Deli sorry to hear you are under the weather. Least you do not have to be out in the weather. ;p Hope you feel better soon. Well it is almost turkey day here. Big Congrats to both Grace & Phil on 100 Days! ((((((((((((Time for the Happy Dance!)))))))))))))) And also want to hear all about Sillyme's new puppy! I LOVE puppies. I even love saying the word "puppy". It's just warm & fuzzy when I think of puppies. So OK Sillyme, boy or girl? What kind? How old? Are you doing the training? Name? Tell us all about it! Getting a puppy is adding a member to your family & that's a big deal in my book. (I've got a 12 yr old chow/retriever mix in my family, he's a sweetie named Reno. Someone had a thread once that suggested cuddling a pet when a crave hit . . . Old Reno helped me out with that a lot in my first 2 weeks) Hugs to all, Ericon My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/18/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 90 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 3,165 Amount Saved: $652.5 Life Gained: Days: 10 Hrs: 4 Mins: 0 Seconds: 10

Im baaaaaack! Hey, hey hey! Am feeling MUCH better and have 100% of my resolve back. Oh wow . . . love the fireworks Sillyme. Now whered you learn to do that? LOL To kick off this weeks celebrations (what with the Augustines beginning to land on the beach, which will undoubtedly be a HUGH beach party once NMCs there) lets get a new themed party going to celebrate getting past 1/4 of the year smoke-free! OK everyone, its a Hollywood party! Yes, consider this YOUR invitation. Come as your favorite actress/actor and get creative now as there will be AWARDS! You betcha, we have the coveted golden Box of Popcorn statuette for the lucky non-smoking winners. Even though Hollywood is in the U.S., dont let that stop you as this is an international movie theme party. So you just come as your favorite actor or character & remember to practice those accents! With that in mind, the red carpet has been rolled out . . . limos are arriving and . . . LOLOLOLOL! Okay, okay, I'll stop w/the goofy party stuff! So what is with all this on again, off again craving crap? It's happening w/me & I keep seeing it pop up every so often with other Augustines . . . weird. And I notice I can't come here every day anymore. It's like something has changed (in me, not the board) where many times I don't even think of smoking until I get here. But then after that one tough weekend I had, followed by smaller episodes of yearning (can't call it craving as it was more like missing the 'thing' that would make it all better, yeah right, like smoking would make anything better!), I'm not confident enough to wander off for good. Addiction is so bizarre, reminds me a lot of when I quit drinking, except the physical nicotine withdrawel was so much easier for me! Enough of me prattling on . . . I'm certainly no expert at any of this 'quitting' stuff. So what do we have today . . . we got . . . NOMORECIG AT 80 DAYS!!! WhaaaaaaHoooooooo!!!!! Oh Yeah, NMC - You rock sweetie! Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I'm off work for the next 4 days so will see you next week. Deli, hope you're feeling chipper soon. I haven't yet been sick or caught a cold since I quit smoking . . . fingers crossed. NMC - haven't seen you on this thread since, what . . . the 16th?? You doing OK?
