Mama,
One door shuts, another opens. Remember that although your children may be leaving, they will always need your love and guidance. Don't forget that this is fast becoming your time and you can do anything you want! The possibilities are endless!
Cheer up, keep doing things that lift your mood because we care if you "smoke and die"!!!
Marie,
Congratulations 10 weeks is amazing! I'm very happy to hear your rewarding yourself for your hard work!! Keep up the great quit, we are so proud of you!

Hi June Bugs! How is everyone this morning?
I had a great weekend out with my hubby. We spent the night at a beautiful hotel here in Winnipeg - went for a fab dinner and ate way too much!!!!! LOL - guess I will start my diet all over AGAIN!
Oh well it was worth it.

Hello June Bugs! Very excitted this morning - only two more days until I hit the beach and believe me it is cold here in Winnipeg this morning so I'm REALLY looking forward to sun and sand!!!!
Had a great Saturday night out with my girlfriends and made it through without one craving !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So so proud of me. Last week I had a lot of emotional ups and downs so I'm hoping to be a little more stable this week. Marie I read your thread The Blues and I can really relate. I try very hard to be a half full kind of girl but sometimes the demon gets me and last week was no exception. I have been reading for weeks about the 100 day let down and I never thought it would happen to me, but there you go.
Its a new week and hopefully a better one.
Looking forward to the beach.
Janet

Hello June Bugs!!!! I'm still here at 94 days!!! YEAH!
I feel more in control everyday - if I get a craving these days I just shrug it off and go on with it.
I have also started back at Curves (are you a member Marie)? As well as I'm power walking at night. I am determined to loose the 15 pounds I have gained since May. I don't no about everyone else but it seemed like one morning I got up and boom - the weight was there!! Wish it would go away as quickly.
I need to go shopping and buy myself a new bathing suit for the beach!! Cant wait to see you all there. Only 6 more sleeps.
Take care everyone! And see you soon,
Janet

Hi everyone! I'm here and on the cruise with so many of you - did you all see that beautiful sunset last night??
I cant believe its over 50 days already - we just keep plowing ahead. Beating this addiction has made me feel such strength and power from within, amazing what we can do when we set our minds to it!
I have had cravings and thoughts of smoking from time to time, but they are so small and insignificant compared to the big picture that I simply push them away and get on with it.
Marie - your train trip sounds awesome - what a great reward! I was in your area this past two weeks and it is so beautiful!
Hi Mama! Glad to be on the cruise with you! Meet you up top for a drink at sunset?
Cheers to all of us June Bugs!!!!
