Duckie its amazing isn't it that you pay the same price for whatever size it is you get, you'd think less nicotine less cash, but it doesn't work that way unfortunately My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/12/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 111 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 3,128 Amount Saved: $435.12 Life Gained: Days: 8 Hrs: 14 Mins: 47 Seconds: 36

Congrats Duckie, you must be feeling better (or more comfortable with the step down). Good luck! Duckie I see that you plan to stay on the 21 mg patches for a while longer. I would assume that to be an okay thing to do. I do agree with Mistyfit that you should not worry about steping down. It really is no big deal. You take a 33% drop in the dosage and I am sure the producer of the patch painstakly went through many studies to get the dosage and time on the dosage accurate. You most likely will not even notice a difference. It is a mental thing and fear of the unknown. I was a partial patch user. I used the 14 mg patches for two weeks, three or four hours per day. Then did the same with the 7 mg patch for two weeks. I did not feel a difference when i made the switch. Some patch users forget to put their patch on an later discover this the next day when it is time for a change. Don't worry be happy! I am still wondering where the other half went to and what did they do w/ my other half of the 42 bucks!! *insert mathmatical look here* =) My Milage: My Quit Date: 9/21/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 70 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,056 Amount Saved: $210 Life Gained: Days: 6 Hrs: 4 Mins: 57 Seconds: 57
