Hi ttin,
My heart goes out to you. Kicking this awful addiction is tough at the beginning. It gets us physically and emotionally, doesn't it? I'm sure that no-one who knows that you are trying to quit would expect too much from you at the moment. Be gentle to yourself for the first two weeks, you will probably feel a bit more 'normal' after that.
Spend as much time on your own as you need, I reckon. Or, on the other hand - get crazily busy. Distraction is key at the mo.
One more thing - keep posting!
Wishing you all my best,
Deli
