grandma, there are some great stretching dvds that are wonderful if you have back issues. Pilates is another exercise that is quite relaxing and builds core strength as well. I like Pilates a lot, but each class is definitely different. Some yoga positions are hard on my bones -- the ones that require pressure on my back and neck. So I just skip those. I'll have to look for Yogalates, CobenFan. Right now I'm trying to build my stamina back up after foot surgery, so I'm nostly walking a couple of miles 3 or 4 times a week. Have a great day, all!
