Hi Cassey it takes time and it will pass. Eliminate coffe all together it seems to pick me up when I'm down but slams me down within a short priod of time also lots of water is helpful Hard to ge used to but weel worth the effort. Bon Chance. Denzil Den Ps Let the toxins be gone. :)PSS whatch out for the lack of patience It hit me after about 9 months and I'm still dealing with it from time to time. Don't have an answer for you on that one. It is day 25 for me and I am still really tired. It's so good to see that I'm not going insane and it's not only me. Hopefully this will pass soon. Nevertheless it is worth it. Being a non-smoker is the best feeling in the world. This is a great thread Changing. I thought there was something running amok with me. I'm experiencing something a little different though. I'm really tired all the time but can't sleep. Maybe I'm fighting it, I don't know. But it's nice to know that it will fade as my quit progresses! Thank you for your post Casey. A lot of great tips!
