one year ago yesterday i quit smoking cold turkey. I thought i would make it maybe two days max. but the days just kept going by. for all of you that are just starting out, dont give up, just keep going. I remember i felt like i was in a constant crave for about 3 mos, and there were many times i wanted to give up. But it did eventually get better, and the cravings became less and less. So i just wanted to say one year down, many more to go!!!!!
