It's over 2 weeks now and I'm doing great. Went out to the tavern Friday night and passed with flying colors, craves but didn't give in. I'm feeling better every day but am starting the "coughing brown gunk" phase of the quit. I am sad however to say that Mrs. Blues failed in her quit. She has cut back significantly, I think out of respect for my quit. She only smokes 1 or 2 at night after supper and those are in the bathroom with the exhaust fan running or outside.

Bluesfan!! Good to hear from you again!
Congratulations -- you are doing SO well! Give your wife the time -- she'll watch you and your success and want to jump on board. But I'm glad you're protecting your own quit in the meantime.
Way to go!
Keep the faith

Bluesfan,
Congratulations on 2+ weeks! Sorry to hear about the Mrs. but if you keep leading the way, she may follow you when she's ready.
Keep up the great progress!
Danielle
