Questions

Hello, i have a few questions. I think i will start with the question that is plaguing me most. Do any of you ever get a feeling sometimes when having an attack or just during general anxiety, of your chest being completely hollow? I have been wondering about this for a while. Sometimes in the middle of an attack, or just during an anxious part of the day, i get this sudden feeling like my chest is completely hollow, and when i talk, i can feel my voice resounding in my chest. THen when i start to pay close attention to it, my heart gives what seems to be a big THUMP and it no longer feels hollow. The only thing that tends to happen afterwards is a short headrushing feeling, then everything is normal. Anyone else ever experience this? And then, my second question is, do any of you ever get palpitations just about all day long? I have been noticing that i get heart palpitations just about all day long, with only a few short periods of time in between where they aren't there. I Believe it is due to the anxiety, and only a few of them are followed by headrushes. Does this sound normal to panic?
