Well, Josie et al., once I realized it I couldn't take my mind off the fact that I had forgotten. I was trying to read some documents and just couldn't concentrate. 98% psych I'm sure, but distracting nonetheless. I caved and drove home to get a patch around 10am. Sorry if that disappoints anyone. It disappoints me a little.
But I didn't smoke! Hopefully when I get to weaning myself off the patches I don't get into a panic like that.
