Not only is it my birthday weekend (turned 39 again on 3/1,) but it's also 18 months of utter smokelessness. I'm celebrating both by going to see "Wicked" on Saturday. I really wish I'd taken quitting seriously much earlier but truth be told I wasn't really ready before. And you have to be ready. You have to really want it.
No words of wisdom can make you determined. It has to come from within. Never considered myself terribly strong-willed before. Boy, I do now! I figure I can do just about anything. If I really want to.
