But, I do feel so sad right now. It is probably just some withdrawal symptoms. Thanks for your support. I am not going to smoke. How the hell could I have gotten myself into this predicament to begin with? It's amazing isn't it? I was an athelete; competitve swimmer, track, softball, etc. Smoking was pawned off as being soooo glamorous back in the 50's, 60's...plus, my mother smoked. We had no education about the dangers of nicotine when I was a child. Now, the kids do; but I see more young kids still smoking. it is heart breaking.
