Hi All, Got to tell you this, I, yep, me, the bloke who smoked for Great Britain for about 33 years (20+ a day) has now gone 30 days without a smoke, I am so amazed that I've gone this far, it's ALL down to you all, with all your help on this site (& a lot of raw carrots) I can now say I AM A NON SMOKER, I was in the pub the other night & an ol' work mate said, Hi steve do yer want a ciggy, & for the first time in my life, I said NO THANKS PAL I DONT SMOKE.... What a great feeling it is to say those words, I think I may be FREE from the dreaded weed, I do get the odd craving but I can control them now, Yippee, Life is for living, not for smoking, C'mon If I can do it, you can too, a little bit of miscomfort for a week or two, then it gets better, TAKE THE PAIN you'll survive it, I DID.. Thanks to all you posters out there, Love yer lots... Steve.
