Aren't you glad to know that you don't have to do everything, and you can still be quit? Beb, many quitters do, but some don't. I didn't cough up gobs of stuff right after I quit, but have been getting little bits all along. I've had a chest x-ray and all is well, so don't get too concerned if you don't fit the mold. Sometimes unique is good! :) If you are concerned, you should discuss it with your doctor to be sure. Congratulations on 11 smoke-free days, Beb. Beb, Everyone's body is different. How your body reacts to the quit will be different as well. You can expect many symptoms that can last a few weeks, and some members have not received very many at all :) If you experience a symptom that lasts longer than expected than please contact your doctor to rule out anything medical. Keep Strong, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
