You are doing so well and you are so determined! Read back over those threads and posts and see that it takes time to get your body on a roll with the weight loss. It will not happen in the first couple of weeks, so give it some time.
Stick to a routine and a plan and forget about it. Make it second nature and use your clothes and your body to get see the results, not the scale :)
Yes, you are working hard and we are very proud of you, don't let this stress get the best of you. Take the relaxation time you need and if you do not see results after a couple of months, then check with your doctor to come up with a plan.
