Miagi, Every quit is different. Some struggle more during the second week so know that you're not alone. You're right, there are some association we can't give up but we can modify the routine. Driving: You use to smoke while driving, now you'll eat trail mix, chew gum, drink ice water, suck on a straw. Keep persevering. Only practice makes perfect. This is a learning experience. It can be tough so don't forget to reward yourself for all your hard work. Danielle _________________________ The SSC Support Team

I am in hell week, it sucks it's no fun, but, I can feel myself change. In every way. I am humbled and encouraged by the strength of all in this battle. It is nothing I would wish on any one. I take great solice in knowing for me the only way to a fully free life is to be a non smoker, my other choice is simply to let the addiction kill and consume me. Miserable sure sometimes, but every one is miserable sometimes even people chain smoking are not always happy. Cigarettes have only one goal, to addict you, steal your lung function and kill you early. There is no hidden benefit from smoking. I keep screaming that to myself at times. Well I am still here any way, if any one see's Dorothy and Toto and those Ruby slippers, Ha Ha Ha. Tell those guys to get home... It's a Joke. Makes no sense not really but kind of.
