I just wanted to say thank you to all who responded. I am not on here as much anymore, and it was so heartwarming to see all the encouragement from people who were not on here when I started and from the names of the people who I remember being here when I started. We all should be very proud of ourselves. We are doing it, and as long as we never have "just one" we are home free. Thanks for the congrats everyone. Sorry it has taken me so long to tell you that. Hope you all are doing well. Phreaknbz, Good for you on your 8 months. You are right it does feel good. Hard to believe it is almost a year isn't it. I have gained weight too and even though I am by the charts at a healthy weight for my height it sure doesn't feel like it to me. I really need to start losing the weight I have gained. I think I am ready to start doing that now. If we can quit smoking we can lose the weight too. I am still around 8 months later. It gets better all the time. You have the power, don't hand your power over to the craves. When you take your power back you will be successful. on 8 months Cuddles It's better to be a non-smoker with an occasional desire for a cig than a smoker with a constant desire to quit......
