Hi tsikos -
So what about making a commitment to yourself that you will protect your Quit with everything in you right now... Your Quit is very vulnerable, it's like a tiny baby... A puff is flirting with danger... and, it's your choice...
Stay focused on what YOU decide you need to do for you, and build some coping skills for the tough times...
Sleeping and relaxing - it can be tough in the Quit beginning.... Soooo - what do you do to relax, to clear your mind... Walking or meditating? Soft, soothing music, a warm, soothing bath? Whatever it takes to gentle YOU down, do it before bed... and just clear your mind when you are ready for sleep... Concentrate on your breathing and before long, you will be off to gentle, and calm sleep, friend...
Take it easy and be good to you... and be kind and patient with yourself...
Blessings and Light-
~ Healer
