Carpenter, my "worry day" was day 8. I could never seem to make it past that. But I'm past that now. The support here has helped me so much. One of the big things for me this time round is that I keep telling myself all of this withdrawal as well as the cravings are only TEMPORARY. That has been a focal point for me this quit. Just yesterday afternoon I had some of the worst cravings yet. If I hadn't been laying down(I have a bad cold right now) they would have brought me to my knees. But again -- THIS TOO SHALL PASS -- and they did. By evening I was feeling much better. The cravings had passed. So hang in there. It DOES get easier. Cheers, Jan

Caarpenter126 don't worry about sharing your feelings, this is what we're here for. Think positive, don't look back, you've already done 12 days that's amazing. It might be time to review your reasons for quitting, this is mostly a mind game and you can do it with selftalk and here's an idea, write down the reasons for quitting and keep them in your pocket for a while so you can look at them often. You can do it one day at a time :)Marie
