Many people irritated the heck out of me around 30 days quit. As time passes I think you will be less easily irritated. When people act like that, they really aren't worth your time or your raised blood pressure. Good on you for venting here Duckie. That's a healthy choice. Hope your blood pressure has gone down now. ;p Fondly, Free My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/12/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 159 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 4,784 Amount Saved: $636 Life Gained: Days: 13 Hrs: 9 Mins: 56 Seconds: 26

Duckie, who in control here? Take a deep breath, say a small prayer (if you want), look in the mirror and tell yourself you are worth a smoke free life, smile and realax and enjoy your day. You are doing so well. Been there done that. Glad you came here, Duckie, to vent. It does help and I have done it plenty of times. Just remember, you have friends here. Hi Duckie Sounds like this person is fairly toxic so kill her with kindness - that will neutralise her comments. In reality she's probably threatened by you quitting so its behaviour that is to be pitied more than anything. I love the Mark Twain quote posted on this page - that's a keeper. Keep at it Duckie - you've already done so so well - you are doing this.
