day one and still smoke free

This day has gone well. I had some medical test done today and will know in a couple day if everything is okay. The doctor didn't seem to concern. I finally got to eat around 1:00 this afternoon. I hadn't eaten anything since 8:30 Saturday night. Along with lunch I ate a dozen homemade chocolate chip cookies. Now Jan that is what I call being nice to myself. Husband is having same test done in the morning. So he hasn't had anything to eat today. Poor baby. Well that is how my day has gone. So, the thought of smoking, today, has not been to intense. Hope everyone is having a great day. Enjoy your evening. Hey Sparky Just wanted to add my name to the list of your supporters - you are managing really well despite other challenges too. That's a whole lot to be proud of. Be gentle and kind to yourself. We are doing it so lets keep doing it. Sparky, I know you're glad today is over. You deserve all the chocolate chip cookies you can eat...who else quit smoking and had a colonoscopy in the same day? There's got to be a joke in that! I'm proud of you, girl!
