You can do this...this is just the demon of the evil thoughts trying to make you slip. Just stay strong...maybe start reading more or doing something thought provoking...just like we have to chage our physical habits by not smoking and finding new habits I think it is just as important to change our thought process. Just think about it!!!

First, know that you are doing great!
Have you rewarded yourself? What are your doing for these nagging craves? Take the time to enrol in a hobby or activity that you have always wanted to do. These will keep your mind off of the craves. How about writing a journal, or home renovations? Don't dwell on those naggs and kick them away :)
