How much of an effect does caffiene have on us when we are quitting?

I don't really think it is the caffiene that triggers, I think it is the memory of smoking that is the trigger. I know in my first few weeks I did not let myself have my morning coffee due to the fact that was my favorite time to smoke. This is just my opinon. Den, You have received lots of great advice, so take what you need and keep it close. It seems like it may be a trigger, so try and avoid it for a while or perhaps have it at a different time of the day. We are always here to help you through :) Keep Strong, Josie ______________________ The SSC Support Team.
