You say that although you don't feel great, you do not want to smoke. You are turning the corner.
You have reached a part of your quit where although your brain still remembers its reward every hour or whatever, it is simply a matter of time until it forgets!
My favourite cigs were 1st one of the day and the one after a meal. I can't remember the last time I even thought about smoking at these times!
