Hello, hello...today is 3 weeks SMOKE FREE. It feels so good to free of the Nicodemon...and to be back on the path of what feels like a normal life!!! Today has been a celebration and I must say it the proudest I have been of myself since the day my son was born. I am proud to say he now has a smoke free mom. I hope as he grows up he never remembers that his mom smoked at one time, but hey isn't it lifes lessons that we pass along to our children???
