My unprofessional opinion is that your neighbor is a sexual deviant! Did she offer to administer the spanking herself? Perhaps she just wanted to watch? Keep the blinds closed and watch your backside when you're bent over while gardening from now on out!
-- I'm glad you are feeling good today Marie :) Stay strong! Marie... be proud of yourself. What you are experiencing is perfectly normal. Emotions can really throw us out of wack when we quit. I spent many days in my quit in tears, angry, and offended. Take some deep breaths and know that this will pass. Smoking doesn't help anything. We only think of smoking because that is the crutch we used for so many years to get through the rough times. When we quit, we find new ways to cope with life and rude people. Don't you just hate those that say they didn't have any trouble quitting at all. Wouldn't you love to trade places for one day (one like today of course) so they could see what it feels like to be in emotional turmoil? Hang in there. You are doing an awesome job! And Smile :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 7/1/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 422 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 8,440 Amount Saved: $1477 Life Gained: Days: 37 Hrs: 4 Mins: 35 Seconds: 29
